Cody is a medium-sized city located in the state of Wyoming. With a population of 10,240 people and four associated neighborhoods, Cody is the 11th largest community in Wyoming.

Cody real estate is some of the most expensive in Wyoming, although Cody house values don't compare to the most expensive real estate in the U.S.

Of important note, Cody is also a city of artists. Cody has more artists, designers and people working in media than 90% of the communities in America. This concentration of artists helps shape Cody’s character.
